What It Is

Reset & Rise Membership is the paid tier of the Reset & Rise community and the ongoing home for Deep Reset graduates. The clarity after a retreat ignites real change, but sometimes daily life can easily plunge you back into old patterns, oftentimes within a few weeks. The membership exists as a reminder to hold steady; a monthly rhythm of coaching, community, and teachings so the reset becomes the way you live.

This is a container; a place to keep returning to.

Who This Is For

Deep Reset graduates who don't want the work to end when the retreat does. The membership opens only after the retreat; it is the natural next step for anyone who has done the immersion and wants to stay in the practice.

Active 1:1 clients are included automatically. Anyone in private coaching with Em or Kim after a retreat is automatically enrolled in the Reset & Rise membership for as long as their 1:1 work is active, at no additional cost.

What You Get — Every Month

• A 2-hour group coaching call. The core of the membership; you submit your questions ahead of time, and Em and Kim work through them live, so your access stays direct, real, and recurring.
• A 30-minute 1-1 laser coaching on the framework (or 60-min 1-1 on shadow work). If you’re already working privately with Kim, this is a good moment to go deeper with Em and vice versa.
• The Reset & Rise community calls. The graduate community; the belonging, shared language and resources, the accountability and expansion with people who are walking the same path.
• The recordings library. Every group call is recorded and kept, so you never lose a session, and you can return to any of them whenever you need to.
• Free courses and meditations. A free library including material from the retreat to support your somatic experience as well as access to deeper understanding of the Framework.
• VIP upgrades to events and first dip on retreats. Members receive VIP upgrades to events, and first access to retreat dates before they open to the public.

• The Roadmap app. The tool that shows each member their own path to their North Star; it is in development now, and when it launches, every member gets access as part of the membership, at no added costs.
